Refunds
YapJar subscriptions are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and find the purchase. Apple handles refund decisions directly. If you have trouble, email us and we'll help you sort it out.
Response Time
YapJar is run by a small team. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Urgent issues (account lockout, billing) get triaged first.
